24-hour Signal Receiving Center

TSIAMANTAS SECURITY monitors electronically on a 24-hour basis (24x7x365), the Subscriber’s premises from the moment he arms his security system and leaves the premises. This process is achieved through the Signal Receiving Center (SRC) which is the central point for receiving and transmitting signals and orders so as to ensure the absolute safety of its customers TSIAMANTAS SECURITY.

TSIAMANTAS SECURITY’s well-trained security personnel, who manage the state-of-the-art Signal Receiving and Processing Center, carry out a thorough electronic control during which the perimeter of the monitored area is scanned in order to avoid and exclude any risk that could damage morally or financially the guarded area.

If the security cameras detect movement in the area, they immediately send a signal to the image receiving and processing center in the form of an alarm, automatically recording the event.

The goal of TSIAMANTAS SECURITY is for our Subscribers to feel completely safe and to be able to control their space wherever they are. For this reason, we have created an innovative system of providing a Unique Code Number that corresponds to each Subscriber and the authorized persons who have the right to access the space, as defined by our customers themselves. In the event of the Subscriber’s absence from his premises, entry to him is completely controlled as prior telephone notification to our company’s Business Center is required for the entry of an authorized person to the premises as well as the reference of his unique code number.

All authorized persons at the behest of our customers have a code number). Facility signals from areas protected by TSIAMANTAS SECURITY are processed and recorded in the Central Electronic System by :

      • Date (Month and Day)

      • Customer Code

      • Signal Type

These data remain in the company’s file and are available to our customers, observing the security and confidentiality rules. The Signal Receiving and Processing Center Computer is capable of processing the following types of signals in each of the following special cases :

      • Fire: The Fire Service is notified

      • Personal Threat – Robbery

      • Burglary: The reporting of specific alarm codes by zone allows the identification of the intruder and the guidance of the Security Authorities or the Immediate Response Team of TSIAMANTAS SECURITY.

      • Power outage

      • Malfunctioning telephone line

      • Arming – Disarming Signal : Signals are reported per user code and consequently direct control of the entry and exit of personnel operating the alarm system.

DEALING WITH EVENTS

The actions of the guards – operators of the K.L.S. of TSIAMANTAS SECURITY in case of need are immediate and include:

• Dispatch of the company’s patrol vehicle to your location.

• Immediate notification of the Police, for incidents where there is no possibility of intervention (e.g. identification of elements, arrests, etc.) or the Fire Service in the event of a fire.

• Timely notification of the authorities of the place where the event is unfolding.

• Necessarily, he reports the assessment of the incident to TSIAMANTAS-SECURITY and takes care of the restoration of peace.

• Informing those responsible about the progress and end of the incidents.
